PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for obtaining pure water with a protein toxin removed simply from natural water and to find out a method for removing the protein toxin simply from liquid. SOLUTION: A protein toxin removing agent is obtained by polymerizing a polyphenol, preferably polyphenols contained in persimmons or hops, by aldehyde compounds.
