PURPOSE: A polyurethane uppers of shoes and its preparation method are provided, to reduce the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time by preparing the uppers of shoes with polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) preparing leather uppers and binding it to the shoe last; (S2) placing the shoe last to a base plate, fixing a rectangular frame outside and injecting a resin into the frame to prepare an upper frame; (S3) removing only the shoe last from the upper frame; (S4) upsetting the upper frame, fixing a rectangular frame for manufacturing a lower frame to the upper part and injecting a resin to prepare a lower frame; (S5) separating the lower frame from the upper frame and separating the leather uppers from the upper frame; (S6) injecting the polyurethane liquid into the upper frame to bind it with the lower frame; and (S7) heating the upper and lower frames at bout 45-55 deg.C for 5-15 min and separating the frames.
