摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a short circuit between internal coil layers using a sine wave generator is provided to improve the accuracy of measurement and produce the stable power by using one chip microprocessor having a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) port. CONSTITUTION: A battery portion(1) is used as a main power source of a sine wave generator. A power transformer portion(2) generates an AC sine wave by using an FET as a power transformer element. A switching transformer(3) is used for boosting the AC sine wave to the AC sine wave of high voltage. A rectifier portion(4) converts the AC sine wave of high voltage to the DC voltage. An inverse transformer portion(5) converts the DC voltage to the sine wave of AC harmonic component. An AC sine wave combination portion(6) is formed with a matching transformer and a rectification portion. A microprocessor portion(7) has a PWM port in order to convert the sine wave to the sine wave having the AC harmonic component.
