Non-human transgenic animal (I), being transgenic for an antibody (II) or its fragments and with a phenotype reminiscent of a human pathology, is new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) cells (III) derivable from (I) and secreting (II); and (2) preparation of (I) comprising: (a) preparing a first non-human transgenic parent animal for the light chain of an antibody and a second non-human transgenic parent animal for the heavy chain of the same antibody; (b) breeding the 2 transgenic parent animals; and (c) selecting the progeny expressing both the light and the heavy chain; ACTIVITY : Muscular active.
