The present invention comprises a process to fabricate sharp metal spurs for fight-cocks; which reduces to the least the heating steps, so the employed raw material could resist wear. In all the operations mechanic equipment is used with which it is possible to control in a better way the quality and speeds up the sharp spurs production. The process functions with a great variety of steel qualities.
