Compound prioritization for drug discovery

A compound scoring method provides a "score" for each compound under consideration. A combination of predicted, estimated or measured properties can be combined in generating an overall assessment of a compound and providing an overall likelihood of success. The method may prioritize compounds such that resources are focused on those having the highest potential to succeed.
