PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and flexibly perform correspondence to updating without labor and time concerning name cards and documents for external use in the case of a reform and a change in an in cooperate structures. SOLUTION: A personnel information server, an external document managing server and a name card managing server are connected on an intranet. Whenever the structures are reformed, moved or changed, individual information and names, etc., are updated on the name card managing server. The name card managing server is connected to an external printing trader with a public network via a server on the Web so that correspondence is rapidly and flexibly performed concerning the order of printed matters. A company web site is provided on the public network. The external document information is transferred in the case of ordering, a plurality of traders place tenders and then ordering is conducted to the trader with inexpensive tenders. The printing trader makes a delivery on-line concerning not only the printed matters but the documents and the name cards, etc., enciphered in data format. |
