PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arm-worn electronic equipment having a radio function whose communication quality is high. SOLUTION: A chip antenna 17 is disposed in the neighborhood of an IC 15 for radio communication to minimize the wiring loss of a signal. Then, the disposed position of the chip antenna 17 is decided, so that the orthogonal projection of the chip antenna 17 can not be overlapped with the orthogonal projection of the IC 15 for radio communication by using a plane, which is almost in parallel with a circuit board 13 as a projection face. Thus, for preventing the chip antenna 17 and the IC 15 for radio communication from having electrical adverse influence on each other. Also, the ground terminal of the chip antenna 17 is connected to a back cover 10, constituted of conductive materials, with the ground area of the chip antenna 17 being enlarged for the area of the back cover 10, and that the antenna gain of the chip antenna 17 can be improved. As a result, the communication quality of arm mounted information equipment 1 can be improved. |
