PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manage the communications and connections of a lighting control system in a unified manner. SOLUTION: The lighting control system has a plurality of lighting-control receiving devices 3 each of which receives as communications data a lighting control signal coming from a lighting-control transmitting device connected to a dimming table. When each of the lighting-control receiving devices 3 communicably connected to the lighting-control transmitting device 2 receives a lighting control signal, the signal is subjected to protocol conversion by a receiving-side protocol conversion part 21 and a lighting control signal is outputted to a lighting system to operate the lighting system. Also, a connection confirmation signal indicating that a connection is established is produced by a connection confirmation signal producing part 22 every predetermined period according to the time counting action of a timer part 23 and is transmitted to the lighting- control transmitting device.
