PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display device for control for making terminal equipment display a picture whose contents are the same as those of the picture of a display device for control with a small labor. SOLUTION: An HMI run time part 26 of a graphic control panel 12 communicates with a programmable logic controller 11 based on editor data stored in an editor data memory 25, and picture-displays the state of a device 2a. At receiving an access from a client device 4, a server part 31 installed in the graphic control panel 12 transmits the editor data of the editor data memory 25 and an applet for forming the HMI ran-time part in the client device 4. The HMI run-time part formed in the client device 4 communicates with the server part 31, and displays the state of the device 2a on the picture of the client device 4 based on the editor data.
