PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication facility in which health trouble due to electromagnetic wave is reduced while sustaining the communication function of an electromagnetic wave transmitting facility, e.g. a repeating antenna. SOLUTION: In the communication facility having an antenna 2 for transmitting electromagnetic wave installed on the upper part of a building 1, the antenna 2 is fixed with an electromagnetic wave shield 3 for attenuating only the electromagnetic wave Ex for a desired ground region X on the periphery of the building 1 out of the electromagnetic wave E transmitted from the antenna 2.
