PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of dies and the number of molding steps. SOLUTION: A cap 11 and a joint 13 are monolithically molded to form a top 19 having a shed room 11b inside for shedding a coil element 17 fixed to a top plug 12. Thus, the cap 11 and the joint 13 are not separately molded but monolithically molded at once, and hence can be molded one cycle of molding.
