PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GIS (Geographic Information System) integration system that an optimum camera can photograph a designated photographing range. SOLUTION: A GIS display section 12 displays locations of a plurality of cameras 21, 22 on a prescribed map. When a position designation section 13 designates the photographing range on the map, a GIS processing section 10 selects an optimum camera 22 to photograph the photographing range from a plurality of the cameras 21, 22 and a camera image display section 14 displays the image photographed by the selected camera.
