PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop tree structure data having already defined structure such as XML data in a memory at a high speed. SOLUTION: A structured memory 5 relating memory regions 5a, 5b, 5c to a tree structure based on a document structure definition file 1a is ensured in advance when, for example, starting the whole system and installing a memory development program 3 (step S1). When receiving a development demand concerning the tree structure data 1 transmitted from an application program 2 (step S2), element data included in the read tree structure data 1 is sequentially stored in the corresponding memory regions 5a, 5b, 5c in the structured memory 5 (step S3).
