PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently finding information required by a user from huge information on the Internet, arranging it, presenting it to the user and utilizing it, an information processing method and a storage medium storing a program for making a computer execute the method. SOLUTION: The information processor for distributing the information collected by the Internet to the user is provided with a user information storage means storing user information including interest information of the user, a collecting means for collecting Internet information on the basis of address information registered beforehand and a distribution means for distributing the collected Internet information to the respective users on the basis of the user information. The one matching with the interest information of the user is selected from the Internet information collected by the collecting means and distributed to the user by the distribution means.
