PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail distributing method, an e-mail distributing system, a mail server, a mail server program, a user terminal and a pre-inquiry program, distributing no unnecessary e-mail. SOLUTION: This e-mail distributing method distributes an e-mail received by the mail server to the user terminal, and is characterized in having a first step for judging whether or not the e-mail coincides with a preset receiving condition, a second step for inquiring the user terminal of whether or not to receive the e-mail judged as noncoincident with the receiving condition by the first step, and a third step for transmitting the e-mail to the user terminal only at receiving time according to an answer to an inquiry of the second step.
