PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit and its manufacturing method in which interruption of unnecessary high frequency oscillation is realized in a cover without reducing the lateral width of a circuit board. SOLUTION: In an integrated circuit comprising elements for amplifying an input signal, a cover 110 having a recess covering the entirety of each circuit element is provided on a metal plate 120 earthing each circuit element, and a second recess 80 projecting further outside from the first recess is provided integrally in the center of the cover 110. Consequently, the interval between the inner surface of the second recess 80 of the cover 110 and the earth metal plate 120 can be made wider than the interval between the first recess 81 and the earth metal plate 120.
