PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, an information management system, an information management method, a management program, and a recording medium for recording the management program that can enhance the performance of the mobile terminal and improve the security at the same time. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 3 comprises: an entry section 31; an interrupt controller 32; a management section 33; a cache 34; an IC card interface 36; a ROM 37; a RAM 38; a transmission reception section 39; and a display section 40. The IC card interface 36 acquires a route certificate 4 stored in an IC card 2 and the route certificate 4 is written in the cache 34 provided to the mobile terminal 3. Further, the management section 33 restricts the write of the certificate 4 to the cache 34.
