<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct diffusion testing device in which a test time can be shortened. SOLUTION: In the improved direct diffusion testing device for testing an object under test that is used for direct diffusion or inverse diffusion, this device has a signal generating part for outputting a test signal to the object under test, measuring part for inputting and measuring the output of the object under test, signal generator for timing synchronization for generating a signal for timing synchronization, spread code generator for generating a spread code, switching part for switching the signal for timing synchronization generated by the signal generator for timing synchronization and the spread code generated by the spread code generator and outputting the signal to the signal generating part or the object under test, and variable delay circuit for delaying the signal from the switching part and applying the signal to the measuring part or the object under test.</p> |
