<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a video management server of a monitoring center to record video data digitized at a site as video data before and after an event occurrence without distributing the video data to a transmission path all the time. SOLUTION: Event recording is realized by distributing video data in a temporary storage area to the video management server 4 when an event occurs in such a manner that a video input distributing device 2 is provided with the temporary storage area 23 for recording video for a fixed period of time endlessly.</p> |
