PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for organic EL panel in which light emitting luminance of an organic EL element that carries a pixel is maintained at a constant level even through ambient temperature varies. SOLUTION: Drive switches 3b1 to 3bn selectively apply constant currents from constant current sources 3a1 to 3an to any of a plurality of anode electrode lines 1A. Scanning switches 2a1 to 2am selectively set any of cathode electrode lines 1B to an earth potential and apply reverse bias voltages to the rest of the lines 1B. A first temperature compensating means 5 is provided with a temperature detecting means 5a to detect the ambient temperature of organic EL elements E11 to Enm, generates a first temperature compensation driving voltage VA by varying a power supply voltage and supplies the voltage VA to the constant current sources 3a1 to 3an. A second temperature compensating means 6 applies a second temperature compensation driving voltage VB that is generated based on the voltage VA to the lines 1B.
