PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work cost required for changing templates, and to prevent correction leakage for making content data when distributing information to a plurality of environments. SOLUTION: This system has a tree generating means 20 for generating a tree structure of the templates 11-1 to 11-N, a difference generating means 21 for generating difference information on the tree structure generated from the respective templates before change and after the change when applying changing work to one of the templates, a tree matching means 22 for retrieving a partial tree from the tree structure of the templates and the difference information, a changing rule 23 for describing a procedure for changing the templates on the basis of the difference information, and a template correcting means 24 for executing the changing work of the respective templates by using the correspondence of the difference information to the partial tree retrieved by the tree matching means 22 and the changing rule 23.
