PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication efficiency by skipping receiving processing of a hopping frequency in which a receiving defect state occurs, in radio communication due to a frequency hopping system. SOLUTION: A frequency information managing table is provided for storing a receiving state flag, the number of times of receiving defects, the number of times of skips, the number of times of satisfactory monitoring reception and the number of times of defective monitoring reception or the like corresponding to a hopping channel and when a number C1 of times of receiving defects exceeds an abnormal threshold N1 in an ordinary state and a receiving defective state is detected, a receiving skip state is provided for skipping receive processing until a number C2 of times of skips exceeds a set value N2. When such a receiving skip state is ended, a monitor state is provided for monitoring a communication state while performing receive processing and when a number C3 of times of satisfactory receiving exceeds a satisfactory threshold N3 in such a monitoring state and a satisfactory receiving state is detected, the ordinary state is recovered. When a number C4 of times of defective receiving exceeds an abnormal threshold N4 and a defective receiving state is detected, the receiving skip state is recovered. |
