PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the transfer speed of moving picture data. SOLUTION: Dummy data of 1-byte are inserted to an odd number order position after an even order number when the end of data in the unit of frames of moving picture data going to be transferred is the even order number byte as shown in a frame 2 and in the 6th row. Further, when the data are started from a position of an odd number order and have an end at the even order number position as shown in a frame 3, dummy data of 1-byte are inserted to the even order number position before the head position as shown in the 7th row, and dummy data of 1-byte are inserted to an odd number position after final data as shown in the 8th stage. |
