PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the gm value of a large voltage-current conversion ratio without considerably increasing a current consumption even when a considerably large gm value such as, for example, 100 times is needed for a gm of the large voltage-current conversion ratio to the gm of the normal voltage-current conversion ratio in a gm value switching circuit necessary to realize a read signal output high-speed rise. SOLUTION: The switch circuit which controls by the voltage-current conversion ratio switching signal whether the output of the gm amplifier is transmitted to a capacity load as it is, or the output of the gm amplifier is transmitted to the capacity load via an amplifier is added to the output of the gm amplifier to thereby realize the gm of the large voltage-current conversion ratio without considerably increasing the current consumption.
