SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which hardly generates failures at the time of joining an anode lead wire and assures higher manufacturing yield by providing a solid-state electrolyte on a metal substrate having a valve function including a dielectric material film obtained by chemical conversion. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises a step of supporting a metal oxide with at least a part of the anode surface of a capacitor element in which a solid-state electrolyte is provided on a metal substrate having the valve function and including a dielectric material film formed by the forming process; and a step of joining two or more laminated capacitor elements. This solid-state electrolytic capacitor has a structure that two or more single plate capacitor elements including metal oxides are laminated to at least a part of the anode surface of the capacitor element which includes the solid-state electrolyte on the metal substrate having the valve function including the dielectric material film obtained by the chemical conversion.
