PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a film capacitor with stable fixed humidity resistance at a low cost and improve humidity resistance regardless of vanation in a production process in the reliability of the film capacitor. SOLUTION: An element is formed into a columnar shape by winding a film on a columnar core. A projection formed on a dielectric plate whereto a terminal is fixed is fitted to the core of the element, and the element is positioned at the center of an armor case.
