PURPOSE: A separation restricting apparatus for a pin of a torque rod in a vehicle is provided to improve the endurance and safety of the vehicle, and to make the vehicle travel by preventing the displacement of the pin with connecting a pin insertion part and an axle part through a metal strap. CONSTITUTION: A torque rod(20) connects an axle(10) to a leaf spring, and a metal strap(30) connects a pin insertion part(21) of the torque rod and an axle part(22) combined with the axle of the torque rod. The metal strap is composed of a connecting part made of metal mesh, and an assembling part combined with both ends of the connecting part by pressing. The pin insertion part of the torque rod is combined with the assembling part of the metal strap by a bolt, and the axle part is assembled with the other assembling part. Separation of a pin(40) is prevented, and the torque rod is fixed to the axle firmly by improving the rigidity of the metal strap.
