PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a prefabricated precast concrete box culvert using a 2-way prestressed steel wire anchorage is provided to minimize the loss of prestress, to couple a box culvert with strong binding force, to minimize the waste of the steel wires required and to prevent the damage of a culvert. CONSTITUTION: The assembling structure of a prefabricated precast concrete box culvert using a 2-way prestressed steel wire anchorage comprises the steps of: locating more than two precast culverts(201,202,203) on the ground, and precast culverts(201,203) with a concave part(110) for steel wire fixation and a precast culvert(202) without a concave part(110) are located by turns; and interposing a steel wire through a steel wire passage hole.
