PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any load for the shareware preparation, registration/ distribution, and price settlement imposed on a shareware manufacturer, a download site, and a user, and to instantaneously issue a license key to the user. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a means for transmitting a module for license management to a shareware manufacturer, and for receiving and registering the registration request of shareware manufactured by the shareware manufacturer, a means for converting the module for license management requested from the download site of the shareware into a module for license management including the identification information of the download site, and the distributing it to the download site, and a means for receiving a use application from a user terminal who has downloaded the shareware made open to the public by the download site, and for specifying the download site downloaded by the user terminal according to the identification information of the download site, and the performing price settlement processing, and for transmitting a license key for releasing the use limit to the user. |
