PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a providing device, a providing system, a program and an information storage medium capable of providing a commodity or a service by easily establishing connection to a prescribed portable terminal device from many and unspecified radio-communicable portable terminal devices, while keeping the degree of freedom of radio communication. SOLUTION: A business game device 100 is provided with a transmission/ reception part 190 radio-communicable with a cellular phone, and an event detection part 140 for detecting physical contact with the cellular phone. The business game device 100 is configured so as to store event information in log data 122 by using an updating part 116, when detecting the physical contact, and to specify the contacted cellular phone by using a determination part 114, and to establish connection to the contacted cellular phone by using the transmission/reception part 190. |
