PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which no display irregularity exists, reduction in numerical aperture and non-light emitting interval hardly occur and a current measuring circuit is arranged without reducing the numerical aperture of a panel. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a plurality of electrooptical elements 1 as pixels. The device has scanning signal lines 12a and 12b which successively scan each of the elements 1, a video information signal line 6 which provides video information signals to each of the elements 1 and a driving switching elements which are provided for every element 1 and supply current corresponding to the video information signals supplied from the line 6 to the elements 1. Moreover, a path switching element 4 is provided for the device. The element 4 is connected to the element 2 and conducts switching of current injecting paths 3a and 3b based on the scanning signals from the lines 12a and 12b. A current measuring circuit is provided for either one of the paths 3a and 3b. |
