PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for a vehicle which transmits sounds and data simultaneously. SOLUTION: This communication apparatus is provided with a car accessory for receiving an external audio signal with the use of a sound collector and using at least both one output and one input for data, data are received by utilizing a carrier wave modulation circuit and made into analog signal by carrier wave modulating processing. Further, this analog signal and the audio signal are added into audio signal for carrying data and received at a far end by a GSM module or audio signal for carrying data at a far end is received and transmitted to a demodulation circuit. Then, the audio signal carrying data is demodulated, the audio signal and data are each acquired and the audio signal is broadcasted by broadcasting equipment.
