PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a transparent touch panel by which no gel sheet is transferred and separated in repair and re-peeling with satisfactory yield is enabled even when the gel sheet is punched out with the respective transparent panels after providing the gel sheet on the rear surface of a large panel formed by taking many transparent touch panels. SOLUTION: A transparent mounting sheet (2) comprising an acrylic adhesive layer (6) laminated on one surface of a core material (4) of a plastic film and a silicone rubber sheet (7) laminated on a primer treated surface (5) formed by being primer-treated on the other surface is bonded to the entire rear surface of a transparent touch panel (1) by means of the acrylic adhesive layer and the transparent touch panel provided with the mounting sheet is mounted on the surface of a display (3).
