PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of reducing a power in a low power consumption mode, and shortening a recovery time to a normal operation mode. SOLUTION: This power circuit is provided with a transistor Q3 whose collector/base are connected, and whose emitter is connected through a resistance R4, an emitter-grounded transistor Q4 whose base is commonly connected to the base of the transistor Q3, a transistor Q5 whose collector/emitter are connected in parallel to those of the transistor Q4, and a switch means for switching a conductive state between the base of the transistor Q4 and the base of the transistor Q5.
