PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control program, measuring equipment, and a computer- readable storage medium with its program stored therein capable of easily preparing and changing a new control program by independently integrating or removing and circulating only the necessary parts. SOLUTION: This control program is provided with respective part objects having an operation program prepared for each function, an association file in which the functions and associations of the respective part objects are described, and a main program dependent of both of them. This main program makes an arithmetic processing unit execute a step for recognizing at least the respective part objects by associating them with the main program, a step for associating and developing those respective part objects on a memory based on the recognition and the association file, and a step for executing those respective part objects developed on the memory according to the operation of an operator.
