PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable controller capable of easily and inexpensively realizing the synchronizing control of a plurality of equipment. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a synchronization control instruction for executing synchronization control for synchronously operating the operation start and operation stop of two motors whose speeds are decided according to the frequency of a pulse column to be inputted and whose operations are decided according to the number of the pulses of the pulse column. A set value necessary for the synchronization control instruction is stored in a setting table Tb. When the synchronization control instruction is executed, the set value necessary for the generation of the pulse column to be applied to each motor is read from the setting table Tb, and the pulse column is generated by using the read set value.
