PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein digital broadcasting viewers can not select CMs, systemize the CMs to watch the CMs in a mass, nor in addition, simply watch an interesting CM even if the viewers want to see the CM because the viewers receive the CMs transmitted according to a program determined by a transmitting side to view the CMs as they are received. SOLUTION: A CM identification ID for identifying an advertisement is attached to an advertisement, etc., acquired by a portable terminal, etc., and subsequently registered in a digital broadcasting receiver, and a corresponding CM is thereby filtered. Also, the CM identification ID is provided with information, such as a genre ID, a company ID and a keyword, and filtering based on the same genre, the same company and the keyword is thereby performed.
