The present invention refers to a lever system completely new that mind to the frequent requirements of elevated torques over the object, to which a concentric turn would be applied, by means of a relief or second eccentric leverage that favors the execution of a minor direct effort, or decreases the necessary lever arm. The object of this invention is to provide a novel system more efficient for the turn operations of multiple mechanical elements which require them.
