METHOD OF TESTING ANTICANCER AGENT-SENSITIVITY OF TUMOR CELLS

Tumor cells are taken out from cancer patients to which anticancer agents (E7070 and analogous compounds) have been administered and then the expression doses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured. Alternatively, tumor cells taken out from cancer patients are treated with anticancer agents and then the expression doses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured. In case where the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 3 are increased or the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 4 are decreased, the corresponding tumor cells are judged as being sensitive to the corresponding anticancer agent. Thus, the anticancer agent-sensitivity of tumor cells is tested.
