PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling jobless persons as many as possible to start work, and capable of contributing to maintenance of the employment insurance by reducing as much as possible the unemployment pay which is a problem of the employment insurance. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a computer in a public employment security office for recording information of jobless persons, and a computer of a mediating trader connected to the computer in the public employment security office through a communication network. The computer of the mediating trader receives information on the jobless persons from the computer in the public employment security office, records the information in a database, extracts a jobless person agreeing with a job offer condition by retrieving the database when receiving job offer information, and informs the jobless person of the job offer information. Therefore, employment information including the employment state of the jobless person can be transmitted to the computer in the public employment security office through the communication network, and the computer in the public employment security office can calculate an unemployment pay amount of the employment insurance by utilizing the employment information. |
