PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data management device capable of preventing erroneous expression of foreign language with respect to document data being an object even when viewed on any personal computer. SOLUTION: This document data management device, in which at least one information processor and a server by a network are connected, controls the document data by the server by transferring the document data to the server from the information processor, and has a determining means for judging whether or not foreign language data are to be attached to a document for the foreign language stored in the document data by the information processor, a foreign language attaching means for executing attaching processing of the foreign language data when it is judged that an attachment is to be executed as judgement result by the judging means, and a transfer means for transferring the document data to the server as it is when it is judged that the attachment of the foreign language is not to be executed as the judgement result by the judging means. |
