PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a complex magnetic flux density pattern (an asymmetrical pattern about a magnetic flux density peak or the like) can not be formed because a magnetic member abuts against nearly all the surface of a magnet piece in molding. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnet pieces are adhered together into a magnet roller. When the magnet piece is molded, the magnet piece is molded by the use of a molding die which enables sides of the magnet piece to differ from each other in a position at which a yoke (magnetic member) abuts against the side of the magnet piece and/or in the area of the yoke in contact with the side of the magnet piece. Or a plurality of magnet pieces are adhered together into the magnet roller, and when the magnet piece is molded, the magnet piece is molded by the use of a molding die which enables a yoke to abut against only the one side of the magnet piece. |
