PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multithread controlling method for preventing many slave threads on standby and efficiently using resources. SOLUTION: When a calling request is received, an exclusive queue 4 is accessed to retrieve a message queue area 14a in which a plurality of reception messages are not queued. When the unqueued message queue area 14a is confirmed with this retrieval, an exclusive ID of the area 14a is read, and a plurality of reception message are queued in the message queue area of the exclusive ID, and it is retrieved whether slave threads 13 on standby exist in acquiring the exclusive ID. When the existence of the slave threads 13 on standby is confirmed with this retrieval, the acquired exclusive ID is queued in a thread queue 12, the slave threads 13 on standby are made to read the plurality of reception messages queued in the exclusive ID and to perform processing.
