PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PID controller capable of accurately setting each constant of a PID by preventing a response output from deviating from an operation range or a measurement range at the time of collecting a frequency response for identifying a controlled system. SOLUTION: A closed loop is formed of a gain feedback, and the value of the loop gain is changed in various ways, and a frequency response in each gain value is collected, and the collected result of the frequency response in each gain value is compared with a frequency response in each gain value to be calculated from a model to be controlled so that the transmission function of the controlled system can be calculated, and the constant of each of proportion, integration, and differentiation is calculated and set based on the result.
