PURPOSE: A road sign board structure is provided to have a good visibility irrespective of a day and night or a rainy day. CONSTITUTION: A background cloth(1) whose absorption characteristic is good is attached on a surface of a plate(11). A display part(2) for displaying information is formed on the background cloth(1). The display part(2) has a ground cloth constructed using a cloth which has a good absorption characteristic and has a contrast color to a color of the background cloth.
