PURPOSE: Provided are a RET oligonucleotide microchip and a method for detecting hereditary cancer employing the same, thereby accurately and economically detecting mutation of RET gene and studying a signal delivery system or cancer mechanism related to RET gene. CONSTITUTION: A RET oligonucleotide microchip is characteristically manufactured by fixing to a solid base plate various kinds of oligonucleotides which are capable of detecting mutation codons(609, 611, 618, 620, 634, 768, 804 and 918) of RET gene and missense mutation using a microarrayer.
