<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which an application terminal can download data from a network through a communication terminal without special operation. SOLUTION: When operation is started by opening/closing the door of a vehicle, in an application terminal 30, a decision part 32 monitors whether data can be exchanged with a communication terminal 10 or not and when the data can be exchanged, after respectively confirming the parties of data exchange in the application terminal 30 and the communication terminal 10, the application terminal 30 inquires whether communication with the network is enabled or not to the communication terminal 10. When the communication is enabled, it is confirmed whether a fixed time lapses from the last download or not. Data for communication setting for download are sent to a communication part 11, communication with the network is started, a database is accessed and desired data are downloaded. The downloaded data are stored through a data exchange part 12 and a data exchange part 31 into a storage part 33.</p> |
