ACCOUNTING PROCESSING METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH PROGRAM TO PERFORM THE METHOD STORED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a singular kind of accounting data from accounting data which are obtained by independently changing the same kind of accounting data by an enterprise concerned and an accounting office after changing them. SOLUTION: When a global identifier GUID commonly used between the first and second kinds of accounting data 11 and 12 exists, an item with newer updating date and hour is selected from the items of the data 11 and 12 corresponding to the global identifier GUID is selected and the contents of the newer item are added to a new kind of accounting data 13. When the updating date and hour are the same in the items of the accounting data 11 and 12, the item of the preliminarily selected second accounting data 12 is selected and added to the new accounting data 13. When the global identifier GUID is not common between the first and second kinds of accounting data 11 and 12, one of the items in the data 11 and 12 corresponding to the global identifier GUID is added to the new accounting data 13.
