PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the quantity used-base charging of software. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a use permitting device for permitting the use of a software storage medium in which an enciphered program or data (software) are registered and a control center communicatively connected to the use permitting device for performing the setting of an available quantity and the totaling and charging of the quantity used. The use permitting device is provided with a clock for acquiring data information, a use permission processing part having a date information storing means for storing the acquired date information until acquiring the next date information, and a quantity used managing part for counting the use quantity used of the software of an end user, and the quantity used of the software is managed by the number of dates by the use permission processing part. |
